PTR54LM20A is a wireless module designed for high-performance IoT terminals, low-power wirelesssystems and edge intelligence scenarios. Based on the Nordic nRF54LM20A, the module integrates oneArm Cortex-M33 main processor and one RISC-V coprocessor, with a maximum operating frequency of128 MHz. The processors are optimized for specific workloads, balancing computing power and energyefficiency. The module is equipped with large-capacity high-speed memory, which readily supports complexapplications, machine learning and edge sensor fusion. It features a built-in high-speed USB interfacefor high-speed data transmission, convenient debugging and firmware updates. Supporting up to 66GPIOs, it delivers strong peripheral expansion capabilities and can flexibly adapt to hardware accessrequirements in multiple scenarios.
